They look fat enough to be giants but not yet full grown. Just my opinion but I've never bought any. Fortunately all my gex like superworms and I breed them.
I am just finishing up a tub of "Giant" mealworms, and they look pretty much like that, some are bigger, some are that size, but they generally look the same as far as color goes and my Leos gobble them up happily as an alternative to Dubia's. Oddly, my Leos are not all that crazy about superworms, wish they were LOL.

I was talking more in terms of size, I know they are mealworms but I didnt know if they were "giant". I just thought they weren't any different from the large mealworms I purchased at my local petshop. Anyhow, as an update, I sent pictures back of the mealworms next to a ruler and they agreed that they are giant mealworms, but they arent mature yet. He's sending me a mature batch.
