Are these plants safe?

My mom's boyfriend was getting rid of some inside plants from his house and gave these to me so I could put them into my Crested Gecko tank. Are these plants safe for my geckos? I tried to look at the stick labels in them but it just lists it as a generic tropical plant arrangement with medium light.

The red and green plant is a Fittonia, the green and white vine is Ivy, and the tall silver-green plant is a Sansevieria. They should all be safe, but the Fittonia will probably get stomped to death.

stomped to death isnt good, lol -- does that plant only grow on the ground?

And do all these plants grow well in coco fiber cause that's what I was planning to use as a substrate.
