Armpit sacs?

I have a gecko that I adopted sight unseen, and as you can find in a previous post, she's full of issues.

Fortunately, we've nursed her somewhat back to health, her tail has thickened up a bit, but she still has a big twist in her back, no fingers or toes to speak of, and a general aversion to people. She's pooping normally, and very excited about eating lots of crix and mealies, but today I noticed she's got two little sacs underneath her armpits. They're soft, a little larger than her eyes, but they're pretty new. I don't think they were there yesterday. I don't have a picture yet since my camera is out of commission, but anyone have any idea what that's all about?

Thanks in advance.

These "sacs" you see are actually fat pockets and it just means that your gecko is at a healthy weight and that she is one well fed leo. :)
