At a loss with my little girl

So my bell albino Nala is down from 12 grams to 9 grams now. :( This is after being treated for parasites with panacur and metrizole (sp). I thought I would be seeing an improvement by now (she finished her treatment around July 4th) But instead of improvement she seems to being doing worse. So although the vet did find parasites in her fecal...I am beginning to think that was not the main problem. So I called the vet on Saturday and asked for a prescription for Baytril for her which is a antibiotic that covers many bacterial infections because I figured I would try that since many bacterial infections have similar symptoms to what she has. Also while I was at the vet I picked up a can of A/D Hills pet food for Marcia's slurry which I started her on monday. Below is a picture of me feeding it to her. However due to the mealworm shortage I could not add them to the slurry. Hopefully this does not effect the slurrys effectiveness. I really don't want to loose her and I just want her to be healthy. I have been resisting the urge to send a very strongly worded email to the woman in which I got her from. Any opinions or comments are welcome. Thanks for listening.

I think you should let the lady that sold her to you know! She needs to know she sold an unhealthy gecko; and she needs to have any other geckos she has treated or checked.

I hope she starts to improve for you. Poor little girl.

She was not a breeder she just kept a few geckos which she was getting rid at the time in which I got Nala. She obviously did not have experience or know how to take care of them so I am glad she was giving them another home but I wish she didnt wait until they were sick to do so.

Poor thing, I hope she pulls through for you! Actually, about the mealworms...it's probably best that you haven't put them in, with the problems happening with them. I wonder if you could add crickets to the slurry instead of mealworms? She's a beautiful Leo, good luck :main_thumbsup:

This morning when I took her out to give her her daily medicine and slurry (Ive been giving her 6ccs of slurry twice a day) I noticed that she has developed a twitch and I started to cry because I know this is not a good sign. :( I tried everything and I just don't know why she is getting worse by the day.
