At what age should i feed superworms

Woo im new to the hobby gonna buy a new gecko on like 2-3 weeks so i wanna know at what age should i feed superworms :main_rolleyes: Btw: I dont really buy the thing that they feed out of ur gecko stomach bc im doing lots and lots of research. So plss tell me ty in advanced

I dunno about age, but I would say anything 20g and up will do fine with superworms. So 2-3 months old to give you an idea.
