My leo had laid her eggs one week back, it was pretty well shaped and hard for sure.

Rite now though there is still a certain hardness in it, when i try to feel the shell with alittle force, i can actually push the egg shell inwards alittle without any dent surfacin. Is it okie tat they are soft in this manner, whenever i feel the shell with some force?

OR could my vermiculite be too damn or dry? pls advise

To be honest, it could be anything: eggs not fertile, humidity/temp wrong, too much handling. I have had eggs look good for 7 weeks and then shrivel. Some of the time there was a dead fetus in there and some of the time when I opened the egg it wasn't fertile and there was nothing. Many of us use "Albey's method" with perlite (see above on Albey's site in the site sponsors area). The best thing about this method is that it provides a way to measure how you're setting up your incubation substrate rather than to "guesstimate".

Your best bet is to come up with an incubation method that you think will work (and if you're a beginner at leo breeding, it's best to use a system that others have had success with and that is easy to reproduce), put the eggs in there and don't touch them until they either hatch or shrivel up and get moldy.
Good luck

The method i use is 6 parts vermiculite to 4 parts water by weight, topped up occasionally as it starts to dry out. But remember that the egg is very thin, so it will never take too much force to push it in. They are a lot weaker than chicken eggs.

If the surface is firm and chalky textured, they are most likely fertile. An infertile egg will feel mushy and go bad in a few days.

Also, the less human contact it receives, the better. I am pretty sure that we had an egg that didn't make it because we were opening the container and candling it far too much.
