Hey, i got something strange with few of the last babies. Best example : Take that group of four, they're two clutch, came out with 15days interval. LAST ones grow up normally, but first one aren't. They're look half the size of the last ones! Is that a disease or something else? How do you call it?

I don't have enough information to know exactly what's going on with your hatchlings, but some years I do have a few hatchlings that grow extremely slowly. For example, one season I had one that was 7 grams after 4 months (by contrast, I've also had a hatchling that was 51 grams at 3 months and not a giant). In the absence of any deformity, most of these geckos, who I would hand feed at least a few times a week, generally caught on to the idea of eating by about 6 months or so and started gaining weight rapidly.

what was the pairing you may have giants or super giants pictures of the adults would be nice
ahha no they're not giant unfortunatly (? maybe it's better cause it'd take so much space) :D

I had one that was 7 grams after 4 months [...] I would hand feed at least a few times a week[...]
In fact these geckos won't accept hand feeding, or even eating in my presence : they are the stressed type : any little sound will make them crazy. One of them was still screaming after 2month.

On the other hand, i got one that grew well until ~3month then literally stopped eating/growing, now 3 months later nothing's changed but that gecko doesn't seem sick either... Still stranger then the young ones, got similar experience?

they look fine to me. some times you just find that some grow slower then others. the very first clutch i ever had one was so small and still is relatively small , but like the runt of a litter of kittens. just some thing that happens.
as i said they all look very healthy, nice tails. the left one just looks slender in the body, but i wouldnt say theres any thing wrong.
the lack of eating is most likely just down to the season, geckos will slow down eating as they enter brumation for the winter.
