My son has @ 12 baby beardies in a 40 gal. breeder, multiple basking sites and plenty of food. Anyways I came home tonight and found one of them ripped up pretty bad. left front leg gnawed on and foot dragging, Right rear leg chewed up too and not bending real well. and finally on her left side you can see ribs actual ribs. SHe seems to be alert but obviously I've got some real reservations. Shes @ 3-4 months old and a real looker. I've pulled her from the tank and put her in her own on papertowel but I need to know if I put neosporin over her woundes will it bother her internals? I had NO idea beardies could get this viscous. Help!

You can use neosporin, but make sure it is the kind that does not include a painkiller. Beardies do not respond well to crowding, I would suggest separating them before you have more issues.

beardies are carnivores and the bigger ones will attack the smaller ones. That many beardies should not be kept together in that small of a tank. I would say get rid of them or seperate them. I would highly recommend a visit to the vet if u can actually see ribs

There are definitely too many beardies in that tank. I hope the little girl pulls through.

Bearded dragons are actually omnivores, just for the record.

Each dragon should be housed with one other dragon, AT THE MOST. Two males will fight. You need to find the space to separate these 12 dragons, and if you can't do that, you need to find good homes for them, or they will continue to eat each other.
