What does everyone feed their baby (or whatever age they are when they still have stripes)? Mealies? Crickets? Waxworms? I am used to dealing with all of them, but I didnt know if one was better than the other for Leos or if this will turn into another huge debate.

I start ours off with small mealies and then once they get to be around 20g they get crickets occasionally, just for a little variety.

My first leo hunted crickets better than anything else (and still does).

My second leo was a rescue with poor eye sight. He was still very tiny when his rescuer realized that (medium) superworms were the only thing wiggly enough to get his attention, big enough for him to see, and slow enough for him to catch.

i've heard the same thing, but then I've also read that it depends on the amount and size of the mealworm. I just figured I'd see what everyone else is using since I dont see the babies being fast enough to catch crickets.
