Got a baby Leo from Petco a week and a half ago, and he was active, climbed around his cage, and he even ate that same night I got him! ate 6-8 mealworms and/or crickets fine every night, and then on Saturday he only ate three crickets. I saw his skin getting whiter so I decided to take advantage of the situation and cleaned his cage, misted it afterwards, and let him be, as I know how stressful it can be for these guys to shed. On Sunday he shed just fine, ate his shed (ew) but now it's Friday and he still won't eat at all. I know they can take a while to bounce back, but is it normal?

It's a little unusual, but not unheard of. If the gecko doesn't have a humid hide, I'd recommend making one instead of misting. Keep offering and note whether its tail is getting skinnier, which would be a sign it's losing weight. If it does start losing weight, consider a reptile vet visit, but I think you're OK for now.
