Baby toe messed up what should I do

I recently got a baby from a "reputable" breeder and his toe is messed up please give me advice on whats wrong with it and what I can do to stop her from suffering.

he should be ok if you keep it clean. sometimes geckos are dumb and they bite off their toes along with their shed skin.(one of mine bit part of his skin Off!!!! with a humid hide) just keep an eye on it and he should be Ok in no time.
