Very nice B. jacksoni , these are defently a favorite of mine. I only have 2 right now, my big female had babies awhile back, sold all but one baby, unfourtantly the female passed away recently .

thanks for the feed back. im sorry for your loss. i had a couple of tri colors awhile back but they passed away. the first one passed 3 days after i got it. the other one lived for awhile. died over a winter season.

Are you keeping the substrate moist?, looks a bit dry. It best to have one side more moist then the other for B. jacksoni.

i keep it moist just not to moist. i have done a few changes in there since those pics were taken. but now i never see him/her.

If thats an adult, it looks like a female to me. B. jacksoni are pretty easy to sex visually if they are fully grown.
