Bad cricket?

Hey so im all new to this gecko thing, and today iwas just feeding my gecko and i put some coated crickets in and i noticed one didn't look to well welll i guess i noticed to late i was just about to get it out and my gecko hate it, would eatin a bad cricket harm my gecko ?

I'm sure they'll be fine.

Did the cricket look pale? They often look almost albino just after they molt.

I honestly dont know how to explain it, I actually thought it was just molting but do they get all hunhover when they molt? but thanks for the reply
