Banded Gecko Color Change

I have a WC Western Banded Gecko that has been in captivity for 6 years but I have only had her for 1 year. She has turned white with gray bands. I don't know what is wrong with her. I did not change anything in her routine. It just happened 2 weeks ago. I thought that she was going to shed but she is still like that.
