Can't see much of the Dragon from the size of the pics but if it is healthy and what you want in color-the whole deal looks worth it to me

The tank alone is worth more than $200 new
just my .02

I think that's a great price! BDs are very expensive here in Romania. :main_thumbsup:

I think it's a good deal, too. I paid close to $300 for my bearded dragon. They are worth it!

The price would definitely be well worth if it that lighting is the correct lighting (including a UVB bulb).

UVB lighting is an extremely important element to a beardies health. Unlike leos that get their digestion and thermal regulate from their bellies. Beardies gauge their temps from above and spend a lot of time basking.

The beardies themselves can get pricey like leos. The average i've seen around my area are about $100 for normals and between $300 - $500 for more designer morphs (like reds and transleucent).

From the ad:

"$200.00 OBO Little man really needs a good home!"

I'm not saying $200 is too much for what you're getting...just find it odd that the ad says "OBO" (Or Best Offer) when they are refusing to budge on price...........:main_huh:

Ask for updated pictures before you commit to buy. You don't want to get cought in a scam. You don't want to get a sick bearded dragon either. It's great to rescue, but it can be costly. Looks like he's been housed on sand, so you may incounter impaction concerns. Definitely ask for updated pictures or plan a meet before you commit to buy.

If the enclosure is at least 40 gallon breeder, it may be worth it.

I'd just be weary because of health concerns. He uses stick on thermometers, which aren't accurate, so the temps may be off in the encolsure which can cause other health concerns in addition to the sand.

For what it's worth-I think that people sometimes mean anything above the listed price as OBO-not below the asked price
go figure???

okay so i emailed her to find out some thigns last night...

and this email i got... for one she telling everone its a male and then she tells me she dont even no the sex. so my question here is On bearded Dragon How do you tell its sex.. well i got few books i guess have see if it tells me :) so i can find out what it is.

but this what she sent me "I believe that the tank is a 55 Gallon tank, pretty good size. I am using both a Spot Heat Lamp and a fluorescent tube for UV light. I also have a heating pad that goes underneath one side of the tank which heats the sand and bottom of the tank for when he sleeps. I have not had him sexed, so I don't know if it is a a boy/girl? Typically during the day I try to keep it around 95 and at night around 80 give or take a few degrees.

Thanks,
Jennfier
