Here's what I did for 5 seasons of beardie dud laying: I got one of those big plastic planters that looks like terra cotta and filled it with potting soil. It stays on the porch unless the beardie was about to lay (she would get pretty agitated and try to dig up the cage or the floor). I'd bring it in the house, put her in and leave her alone for awhile. She'd lay all the eggs, cover them up and I'd dig them up and discard them.

She should be fine without a heat source. Ideally, she can end up with a place to dig to her satisfaction and should lay all the eggs at once. Be prepared for another clutch in about a month. At her peak, my beardie produced 125 eggs in 5 clutches one summer.
