Iam averaging around 3 decent sized carrots a week. best way to separate the beetles from worms is a food strainer with holes just smaller than the beetles. Strainer works really well if I put carrot in and let them swarm it then scoop them up carefully.

I used to pick the beetles out one by one but my colony has gotten too big to do that.
