Beginner's Luck?

Mom - Tangerine Tremper Carrot Head Het. Raptor (from JMG)

Dad - Tangerine Tremper Carrot Head Poss. Het Raptor (from JMG)

In the past 3-4 weeks i've hatched 4 leos. The second gecko that hatched from my first clutch has two solid red eyes. Not a Raptor, but i still feel lucky getting ruby red eyes in my first clutch. Can't wait for the rest of the eggs to hatch out...

This is my first experience hatching leos. Very Exciting!....

Q: Do you guys/gals think that i have a chance of hatching a Raptor?

Well my friend assuming you got red eyes or not in the first clutch depends, it could be a fluke since some Trempers DO infact hatch with Red eyes and lose them in the first couple of sheds. But if s/he keeps her red eyes I would say you would've hit the Genetic Jackpot, which means you have two 100% Hets!

Thanks for the comps. This is a very addictive hobby....just like reefkeeping....too bad i do not have the time and room to keep my tanks/corals. Maybe after i move, i can set up a decent sized reef aquarium.
