Beginners Post

Hey everybody! I'm new to this website. I dont have a gecko of any kind yet, but I hope to get 1 when the climate gets warmer. :sunny: I started liking geckos when my guinea pig, Ringo, sadly passed 2 days ago. :bigcry: Then I saw some gecko videos on youtube and I was intrested in geckos (espesially leopard geckos).:main_yes: Well thats about it.

Welcome to GF. Read some caresheets at the top of the page (click on "articles/caresheets") and see if you can find a reptile show in your area or a breeder rather than going to a pet store.

I could find a breeder, but he is in Wisconsin. Thats far from where I live.

Hi there and welcome! I recommend you see if there are any reptile shows around your area; there are also basically leo breeders in every state now as far as I can tell! Look around the classifieds here and maybe post.

Sorry to hear Ringo passed away, it's terrible when you have pets or reptiles close to you plus it's nice to have a fan of leo's on here, i do hope you find one to your liking.

I had 2 males a good while ago and i've had Blaze my female 4wks, she was abit wild but i handle her everyday and she's gone lovely to handle now.
