Bell Albino or Tremper Albino?

I was told he is most likely Bell, but by what I've been reading I don't know anymore. Hope someone can help me!

Could go either way. Eyes look Tremper, dark colors look Bell but it could be a mix of both. Only way to know for sure is to contact the breeder you got him from and find out what the parents were.
