Bell or Tremper?

Hi! I picked this little guy up a while ago and he was just simply labeled 'Albino Leopard Gecko'. So may I ask what you guys think he is?
I asked on my Skink forum, but people seemed to be split.

What makes you guys say bell?
How do you tell the difference?
I remember their was a thread here long ago that showed a comparison between the two eyes. Does anyone have that thread saved?
