Bell Project!

I just added a few geckos to my bell project. A Hypo Bell and a Hypo Tangerine. The Hypo Bell I got from Marcia at Golden State Geckos. He turned out better looking in person. He just shed yesterday so he looks really good right now.

The Hypo Tangerine is just a sweet gecko and theres no denying that. I had a friend pick up a package deal and he did the wrong thing at showing me them. This Hypo Tang was one of them and I told him I would find a way of getting her from him. Needless to say she ended up in my collection. :) She's going to be bred to the Hypo Bell.

This is my Female Bell Sunglow that will also be paired with my new Bell Male. I am excited to see how this project goes this year. Pictures aren't 100% perfect but you can see the potential. I need to get a better light box built. Too much variation in light.

Thanks Adam & Shawn!

I think bells have a much more intense coloration and pattern to them compared to other albinos. I do also believe they are a bit overlooked.

These may not be the highest end Bells but they are mine. I am excited to work with these. You don't have to have the most expensive genetics to enjoy your projects. Hopefully down the road I will have a Bell line that is unique compared to others. It probably won't be the nicest or highest end but that's not what I am in it for. It's for the enjoyment that I get no matter what genetics I am working with.
