Stewy, In the above posts they mention that they have about 25 groups I garuntee that they have done that pairing. Unfortuently with this cross it hasn't been that simple to just pair one group together. If your going to get into the project don't hold you breath on producing on the first year.

I've been doing this, but just for kicks. I have no real investment in this. If I produce the first, fine. If not, I'll just sell the parents to someone who might want them after the first Bell Patternless arises.

oh, ok. So what dose everony do with all the babys that they dont hold for the next season? Thats one thing Im worried about, most of the people that buy from my like tangs and hypos. Im afrade in 2 or 3 years I will have a bunch of leos that wont get homes.

If you put an ad on Kijiji listing them for ten to fifteen dollars, I'm sure you can move them. Don't undersell anything, of course. I'm not saying that I would sell any of my Mack Eclipses het Tremper for that. But if I had a normal het or remotely het for unremarkable traits, I would not mind doing so. A baby normal het Tremper is something I'd move for that much. A baby normal het Ember is not. With the babies that aren't of use to my projects, I am just looking to place them in decent homes and put the money back into feeders/overhead.

I'll be trying to work with these as well, with the enigma gene in there. I have a male enigma het bell that will go in with a patty female.
