Best bugs to fatten up geckos?

I just brought home four new geckos, my first "rescue" you could say. 3 females and one male in the same tank, the male is fine but the three girls could use some meat on their bones. There's a sub-adult who had been fed only every three days, so she ate 15 mealworms today when I offered! I feed Lizzy (who is seperated from them, natch) the normal mealies and occasional crickets, and will do the same for these guys but what would you folks recommend to add some quick fat to their system? Butterworms, superworms? I can't get dubia roaches here it seems. I'll post some pics of them when I get on a high-speed computer to see if there's any other issues I need to address.
Thanks

i agree with the post above me. One of females became ill and when she finally got over the illness, i started feeding crickets like crazy, but she didnt gain any weight. I bought a bunch of superworms and threw them in a critter keeper with about 2 inches of Cricket gutload food... he tail is bigger than my big ole thumb now and she looks SOOooooo healthy. She has no problem takin down 5 to 6 large superworms.

If you can convince her to take a pinkie, it is a big help in putting on weight. Just don't abuse them, to much fat can lead to liver trouble etc.

I've had fantastic results with both supers and dubia roaches, although you said you cannot get the latter. Even though they've all obviously been housed together, I would separate them for at least the time being to fatten them each up. That way any problems (be it with eating, or fecal issues) can be IDed easily. That, and it sounds like you don't need babies right now either. Good luck with them all!

Thanks for all the suggestions and advice- they loved the superworms today! Made me feel really good to see the two skinny ones wolfing down supers and mealies. The male is still a cricket man so far, but he'll come around. I'm working on seperating them, but for now I feed them in my quarantine carrier so I can see what they eat. Should I be dusting the supers, or just gutloading?

So now that I know their ages, I was wondering how often and how much each needs to be fed- haven't found too much through quick google searches yet. I'm feeding mealworms and superworms, mealies as the staple with crickets, begrudgingly.
Lizzy is a sub-adult
Unnamed Male is between 3-5 years
Female #1 is between 3-5 years
Female #2 is approximately 3 years
Female #3 is approximately a year
