I am trying to decide i have the flukers orange cubes right now. I have heard they are better than tthe actual gutload mix. Also can i put one of these cubes in with my meal worms instead of carrots?

I personally dont use those orange cubes anymore. i did when i first got back into reptiles a few years ago. I find that a homemade gut load works much better. Those orange cubes go bad way to quick for me and for some reason the crickets and roaches dont eat it as fast as they eat my homemade gut load. If you dont want to make your own gutload i know some vendors here sell a premium gut load that some users swear by. Also run a search on the forums you will find plenty of people that have posted their gut load mix's for all to enjoy. :main_thumbsup: Carrots are way better then those cubes. their cheaper and easier to cycle out and dont go bad as fast.

Never tried giving those cubes to my meal worms but then again there is a farmers market by me and they sell $1 bags of carrots and of potatos. $2 bags of oranges so for those prices I know anything commercial made can't beat those prices and the feeders seem to love them. If the cubes work well for you and is cost effective then you should stick with it. I just enjoy being able to know what my feeders are getting. :D

I grind up catfood(natural holistic) and fruity pebbles
mix that with the stuff they come with and throw carrots n' taters

I can see cat food and the others but fruity pebbles? If I may ask how did u come to using cereal? Thanks.
