Mine has a thing for clothes. He's always been Mr. Licky but recently even more so when he starts licking frantically I know my shirts fixing to get it, LOL. I wonder if he's tasting my detergent or perfume I hope not. Yesterday he started licking my bare arm frantically but I grabbed him before he took a chomp. Why do you think he tries to bite me constantly now he used to be content with just walking around on me now he wants a piece of me hahaha. I must taste good. LOL

Not true at all nats. Maybe in one individual's experience, yes, but there is no general rule that says males are more nippy than females. I've been bitten twice. Twice by females, and both times I had it coming.

I would be persistant and handle the gecko nonetheless.
If you stop now it will never get used to your scent, therefore nothing will be accomplished. It takes a while to overcome a fear of something so much bigger than you are.

I am a chicken about being bitten. More so right now being bitten by Cynder.
I think I can handle it if Ares decides to take a chomp. Though, so far I have learnt that he will gurgle to let you know when he is annoyed.
