Blind Baby

I think my hatchling has no eyes. It can't open it's eyelids,and it looks like there is no eyes.Will it be able to eat and drink on it's own?I hold it and put a worm up to it's mouth and when he opens it,I drop it in.

It will not be able to eat on its own without your help.

The only time where I think it could eat on it's own is if it is sniffing around and runs into a mealworm or something with his nose. He can't catch crickets. He can also do that with drinking.

Are you sure it has no eyes. Many albinos do not like to open there eyes due to light sensitivity.

are you sure its not a preemie and it still doesn't want to open its eyes? how old is it?

If it doesnt have eyes maybe its other senses will be heightened (like people get when missing one sense) and it will be able to hear and smell mealies fine.
