No, Mack Snows are Co-Dominant. If you Breed a male Mack Snow (which is simply described as being visibly het for Super Snow) to a female Blazing Blizzard (which is a homozygous double recessive (Albino & Blizzard)) you will produce :
50% Het. Blizzard, Het. Albino,
50% Mack Snow, Het. Blizzard, Het. Albino
Only 50% probability that the hatchlings will be Mack Snows, but all will be 100% Het for both Albino and Blizzard (or sometimes described as 100% Het for Blazing Blizzard).
