Blood on Nose?

Can anyone tell me what this is on my gecko's nose? Any help is appreciated. Sorry for not filling out the format, can't on mobile.

She was probably trying to get some shed off her nose and just rubbed too hard. It will heal. Shouldn't be a problem.
