Here is what I saw after supper around 8:30 pm EST

Checked in on the eggs at 9:00 pm EST and saw a bonus

I think that I have achieved what I what I was hoping to get. I was hoping for either black or red pinners. While not enough pinning to be considered a pinner here is gecko #2 fired up. Gecko #1, I think has enough pinning to be considered a pinner but was not fired up when I took the pictures.

Here it is drinking from the water dish. Souffle lids work great for hatchling dishes

The geckos is super cute. I just had one hatch similar from two red parents. Mine should be a nice red hearly. I had a few hatch out last year. How has yours kept is color so well? Mine usually are super colorful when hatching then turn dull for a month or so.

I am not too sure, both have been firing up like in the picture, but haven't been dull. I did notice last night however that neither was fired up and I am wondering if that had anything to do with me not opening the curtains in my room to allow for natural day light to come in.
