Yes, this is a parental brag. Jake is 17 and this was videotaped by his oldest brother, Josh, at South Biscayne Churches Christmas Extravaganza.

Its not the greatest quality and there are WAY too many strobe lights, but until I get something better to annoy everyone with, this will have to do.

Jake is the native kid with the red shorts and long hair pulled back in a ponytail.

LOL.. Ya know, that Harley was a gift to Pastor Cross for his 15 (?) anniversary with the church? The church bought him a Harley! (Crazy, ain't it?)

Jake has always been into music. He's self taught and can pick up, pretty much, anything and play it. His specialty, and first passion is guitar. (6 and 12 string)
The church has a band and asked Jake to play in it. They all came up with this for Christmas. Hopefully I can get some video of him playing guitar soon. He's pretty amazing. (Hes one of those annoying people that can hear a song twice and have it picked out perfectly... makes me ill...)

The talent must have skipped a generation. I can't carry a tune in a bucket with both hands and wheels on the bottom...

I guess they have 2 services. One more traditional and one thats more contemporary that has stuff like this. Theres ALOT of young people in that church, so it just made more sense to give them their own way to express their faith!
