This is a leopard gecko, not a bearded dragon. Yes, it's an albino. Some albino's don't do well in bright light. Leopard geckos can be kept without UVB light as long as you provide calcium and vitamin D3 which you can buy in a powdered supplement and dust its feeders with it.
