Hello, what type of bearded dragon is it? Is it albino? Should i use a uvb light with it?

This is a leopard gecko, not a bearded dragon. Yes, it's an albino. Some albino's don't do well in bright light. Leopard geckos can be kept without UVB light as long as you provide calcium and vitamin D3 which you can buy in a powdered supplement and dust its feeders with it. Some people believe that leopard geckos do best with UVB light. Check out arcadiareptile.com, in their lighting section and find out the best bulb to get for leopard geckos.
