Breeding a female with a regenerated tail??

Hey guys, Just wondering if anyones encountered problems breeding females that have experienced tail loss?? Any weight issues during the periods they are gravid, or problems with mating in general?? I ask because one of my females recently dropped her tail, has partially regenerated but is very short, can i contunue trying to breed her later this year? Shes alone in her tank at the moment, is it fine to re-introduce her to my male around august time? Thanks

I think it should be fine by August. Just feed her well and see if she can put some weight back on.

yea by august it should be fine, she just needs time to grow a lil bit more tail so she can store some fat to use while shes pregnant
