Breeding Behavior (Help)

Hi guys! Yesterday I got 2 new geckos. One male and one female.
They are both 1 year old. I put these guys together and when my Male saw his girl he tapped his tail rapidly for a few seconds and bit the females tail. She accepted him and they start mating.

But, after that she looks a little aggressive with him. She is always stand high on all 4 legs and she are going against the male. I don't know if they are really fighting because any one was injured.

I was a little scared and I sent an Email for the breeder that I bought this guys and I got this answer:

Her way of telling him to back off is to rise up on her legs and raise her tail so he can't get on her. She may also bite back or swing her tail at him. He will get the idea real soon. Your male is new at all of this since he is younger. The female is a year older and was a breeder for us last year. She will be just fine with him since she knows what to do. After breeding she will now begin to develop eggs and may not let him mate for awhile. He will understand soon.

Thats true?!

My concern is: It's safe to keep they together on the same tank? I'm out of my house the most time and I can't see what is going on. I'm worried about some possible fights and things like that!

Sorry, but I didn't know too much about breeding behaviros and I really wanna keep my new guys in a nice lifestyle! :)

Some people keep the male and female together and some don't (I do). If you want to try keeping them together, the best bet is to check both of them periodically for cuts that would indicate they've been fighting. A few scratches or a small cut, especially on the tail or the neck where the male may grab the female isn't a big deal, but a deeper cut or a growing number of smaller cuts would be a sign that they need to be separated. Also it would be good to check that they are both eating to the extent that a breeding male and an ovulating female will be eating. If one seems to be keeping the other from the food then it would also be time to separate them.
