Breeding mealworm beetles

Okay, I am trying to figure out how to produce my own mealworms. I have started to get beetles. So how long will it be before the beetles mate and reproduce?

Put the mealworms in some grain. Give them veggies/fruit that won't mold for hydration. After about 4 weeks, transfer all the beetles to another container with grain. The original container should have tiny mealies in the grain. It may take a few months before they get big enough to use as feeders.
