breeding of sub-species

So...sorry if this is a noob question. I'm just trying to understand the leopard gecko sub-species a little bit more. If I had a male and female E.M. Fasciolatus (descendants from the original F1 wild caughts) and I bred them...I would get more Fascios, right? I guess they would be considered third generation since mom and dad are second? Does that even matter? What's the deal with breeding sub-species?

Fascio x Fascio = Fascio. The generations don't really mean anything.
