Breeding Problem

I've been trying to breed my leopard geckos for a while now, but have not succeeded. My two geckos have lived with each other since they were babies and I'm wondering if that's the reason why they won't mate. Should I separate the male from the female and after a while put them together again, just leave them together, or find another male leopard gecko to breed with her? Thanks. :)

I think it's worth a try to separate them for a week or so and then put them back together. On the one hand, I have fat tails who live together all year round and do actively mate only during the mating season. On the other hand, my breeding groups of leopard geckos do slack off on mating as the season progresses.

Well sometimes females are just unable to produce fertile eggs. Or maybe the male is unable to fertilise the eggs. This is something that just happens in nature.
