what time do they generally stop laying eggs for the season. i have 2 females that just layed eggs. would they have another pair of eggs this year?

They will lay eggs as long as they are ovulating. Most geckos in this part of the world seem to go from about Jan-Sept. Some breeders have different geckos going all year round. I have, in the past, had some young females ovulating that I introduced to the male in August and they generally laid about 3 clutches, but there's no telling what yours will do.
