Brown spots on belly, what are they?

My gecko has developed these brown spots on her belly. She was recently taken to the vets and found to have worms and is being treated. This is a photo of her just after a shedding. Are they mites, or a skin infection?

Some info:

She has a moist hide and a dry hide. Her temps are good.
She is not with any other geckos.
Not on substrate, she's on tiles.
Fed on Mealies and Locust.

She will be going back to the vets as soon as I can get an appointment.

That doesnt look like mites. It looks irritated.

Nothing in her viv has changed :/ So I'm unsure what could have irritated it. I've put some F10 Germicidal Barrier Ointment on the affected area.

The only thing I can think of is the moss in her moist hide?

She is also on Panacur for worms (from the vet) This has only started to happen since her first dose of that.

I would give your vet a call and let them know she may be having a reaction.
