Bubbles on Leopard Geckos Arm

So recently I rescued this gecko, and I’ve noticed a few problems with her. She has metabollic bone disease, and I’ve noticed this bubbles on her armpits. I’ve seen these before but I’ve only been worried now because they look so large. Is there any advice anyone could give me, and should I take her to the vet. I’m really paranoid and worried for her. She’s a female, around 8 years, and 59 grams. Thank you so much for any help. Btw her behavior seems normal and she is eating and pooping well.

There are a lot of ideas about why some geckos have those armpit bubbles and I don't think there's much agreement. In my opinion it isn't anything to worry about (but others may feel differently).
