So i have a blazing blizzard and its around 3 and half months old and its got visible bulges and a V, so i know its male but is 3 months young to be developing these?

Also he's REALLY feisty and will wave his tail and stike as soon as i put my hand in the viv, is this because his hormone level is high?

Thanks Jordan :)

It's because he's young and you haven't had him long.

They get more tam and docile as they get older. Each gecko is different in terms of getting stressed out and getting comfortable. Took me two weeks before my Annie would even put two hand in my palm.

he acts like that just coz hes young and everything is scary to them once he gets older he will come down. 3 months isnt to young to tell males do tend to show earlier than females

The only geckos I have ever been bit by were Blizzards. I don't know if its just me, but I find them all to be sassy.

thanks for all the reply's, i once got bitten by my normal but thats because i caught her tail once... maybe it was like a "MY TAIL!!!" bite lol
but just to give you all an update "mew" the blazing blizzard has settled in nicely and he now comes onto my hand and will calmly walk from hand to hand so progress is very well!
i now have my 5TH gecko! >< which is scatty as HELL, so i have my work cut out, only got her a few days ago from a friend who need money and knew it would go to a good home with me, she also has bad eating habits like not eating -.- so ill lay off handling for a week or so.
