Business Name

I have been trying to think of a name for my gecko breeding operation. I was previously going by MidWest Geckos because it was easy and I needed something. However I really don't like it and have been trying to think of something new for a while. I was just doing some designing home work and the name "Fine Art Geckos" popped into my head. I really kinda like it but for some reason I feel like I am stealing it or I have heard it before. Anyone know of anybody who uses this name or one like it? Or am I just crazy?

It really does sound familiar, doesn't it? I am honestly not sure though, I tried searching for Fine Art Geckos and couldn't find anything on yahoo.

I know of “Living Art Geckos” & “Artwork Geckos”, but I don’t think there’s a “Fine Art Geckos”, yet.

i like the name but just a word of warning. if you ever wanted to shorten the name and just use the first letters like and acronym look what you get F.A.G. :main_no: not so pleasant... sorry to be a party pooper

I don't know if anyone has ever noticed, but that is the case for our business name "Fallen Angel's Geckos" a.k.a. F.A.G... it was unintentional but we really don't worry about it too much

I guess I wouldnt see a reason to worry about it. If people are mature and have and have any common sense; they are working with you for the quality of your animals not the name of your company. Just my thoughts.

Yeah, if anything, people will dislike our company name due to it being "fallen angel" since satan is technically a fallen angel.. they won't even concern themselves with the acronym lol. Our name didn't derive from anything satanic or the like though, it has just been a nickname of my fiance's for over ten years.

Another friend of ours once told us that he didn't think of fallen angel as anything bad, but as an angel that has came down from heaven to help people.. thought that was nice

But anyway, honestly, an acronym spelling F.A.G. really shouldn't be of too much concern to anyone. They're at your site to see your geckos You could always be FA Geckos for short if it really bothered you that much.
