calci sand??

i like the idea of using calci sand in my leo viv but is it safe the packaging says it is 100% digestible and reduced impaction but i am still unsure to use it any advice?

Do a search here on substrates & you'll find that the majority of members do not recommand any type of sand. Top items are paper towels & slate/ceramic tiles.

Calci sand=Crap. I wouldn't recommend it. It will get your leo impacted.

Like said, calci sand is the worst possible choice. Its overpriced crap, to natural or safe for anything.

calci sand is very bad for geckos, if you want a natureal setup go with slate tile
