"Calcium pockets" on one side only?

One of my gals has a huge pocket behind one arm, and nothing behind the other. Is this normal, peculiar, or possibly a sign of something? I could post a photo tomorrow if anyone needs to see her.

Well, answer me this at least: Should I remove the calcium from her diet for a while and give the pocket a little time to come down?
