Calcium pockets or protein pockets

One of my gecko has huge armpit pockets; I've cut down his calcium intake already, in case those are excess calcium. About how long will it take for them to go away completely? I've started cutting down his supplements for 2 weeks already, and I can't tell if it has improved or not. If it has improved, it is barely observable.

But are they really excess calcium storage? I had another gecko that died recently. One side of his armpit suddenly became bloated within a few days, the vet drew the fluid for testing and turns out its water and protein. So, if the armpit pockets are protein water, is there anyway to get rid of them?

i wouldent worry about them, it just means that your gecko is healthy, im sure your other gecko died of other causes.

It's normal, dont worry about that. reducing his intake of calcuim is fine, so do that. :D My teacher's gecko that I'm geckositting, has these too. they are bit big so I decided to cut back his suppplments. I only dust 3 times a week, My teacher dusted his food daily so that's why her gecko got these big pouches. -_-
