Well I have a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi and I know its a good camera but for some reason I take alot of blurry pictures with it? I like to take pictures of my horses but alot of the time everything will come out fine then all the sudden their feet will be blurry. If I put it in action mode it actually makes it worse so I usually keep it in auto. This even happens when im taking pictures of my geckos and they start moving around. How do I fix this??? this is my shutter speed right now I guess Shutter Speed: 1/100 second

You can definitely use the manual modes. TV is shutter priority mode and lets you set the shutter speed, the camera will choose the aperture for you. M is manual mode and you can choose shutter speed and aperture.

If you shoot in aperture mode and always select the widest possible setting, you will be getting you maximum shutter speed. If that isn't enough, start raising your ISO. The final solution? Get some faster glass :)
