can baby geckos eat wax worms

I bought a 250 ct of wax worms not long ago and i have 8 geckos right now and 2 are babies i was wondering if i can feed them wax worms too or should i hold off

you can feed them waxworms but only about 2 a week for geckos because they are extremely high in fat and can cause liver failure. if you feed too many they will get addicted. They are like chocolate for leopard geckos ;)

Yes, as long as they are not to large and are fed only a few a week like lily said.

I think it is a bad idea to start hatchlings on wax worms. It may cause them to refuse other food items, then you'll have a problem on your hands.

I already knew my answer that i was going to type as i started reading the top of this thread, but this guy said the same thing i was going to say.

I would not feed waxworms to a gecko until they are ATLEAST subadults to adults. Not because of any reason like being worried about the fat content or "liver failure" or anything like that, but just because of the fact that they are addicting to geckos and should only be offered as a treat, or during breeding season to fatten up a female, and wouldn't want to deal with a baby gecko instantly wanting only waxworms, and nothing else.
