Today i noticed some really small bugs inside my geckos cage it kinda looks like a baby cricket... can that be possible? That one of the crickets had babies ive never seen baby crickets so i dont know. They are not black seem kinda light brown, and are very very small.

What can they be and should i just clean my tank like right now... asap
if they are to be baby crickets is ok? to just let them be, what do i do ?

Sounds to me like baby crickets. You should be able to tell when they get a bit bigger --they should look just like crickets but miniature. If it doesn't look like crickets, take a picture and we'll see. If it is crickets, you can leave them in there, see if they get bigger and then you'll have instant food.

So is it ok for me to just leave them in there and i guess let them grow?
it will not affect my geckos or get them sick?

I would try to take them out. Sometimes crickets can be a parasite to the gecko and bite them. Being tiny crickets like that, it probably won't be as big of a problem as if it were an adult cricket, but just to be safe. Also crickets poop and they will be pooping all over the cage. I would put them in a cricket keeper with a cut potato or orange and just let them grow there until you can feed them off. I wouldn't worry too much if you can't get them all out.

Take the tank outside and hose everything out real good, toss away anything that could harbor the little buggers! :)

maybe this is a good time to switch substrate since i was currently using sand. Maybe tile ? need to see what else i can use but i want it to look somewhat nice not just paper towel.

I think that is a good idea! Tile, slate and shelf liner all look nice.
