There is some sort of abnormality in the pattern of my young tremper patty's eye. It seems like a little bit of snake eye.

I would try to post a pic to show it, but neither mine of my girlfriend's camera will take a good close up picture.

Any tips on how to get your average cannon or sanyo camera to take a good close-up?

Could it actually be a Tremper Blazing Blizzard? They can really look a lot like Patternless Albinos. Blizzard commonly have snake eyes or speckled eyes.

yeah, I used macro and it still sucks. It's kind of a cheap camera. I don't think it's a tremper BB. I also have a tremper BB and she looks much different.

Here are pics of the tremper PA and the tremper BB

the first is my BB and the second is the PA

it doesn't seem to like to eat a ton, so i had considered the idea of vision problems of some sort, but I really dont think that is the case. I think it is a healthy eye.

paul meant genetic oops. And its hard to tell. Especially with that kind of snake eye.

If it were a normal ruby snake eye (the eclipse eye gene thats red when there is albinism present) than I personally would lean more towards yes, however, because its just black it may be like how blizzards get snake eyes and that study has been inconclusive at best. I would say its a crap shot

Could it could be from Garrick's Ember project? last time I spoke with him, he said so far, it was all or nothing--as in no snake eyed Embers were produced, just solid eyed or not expressing it at all...cool gecko regardless!

i bought it from a wholesaler who get his geckos straight from bell's farm. So she is straight from bells farm, but seems very promising. I just don't know what kind of male I should breed her to.

Any suggestions?

Not that this has anything to do with Trempers. But when I bought My LV Patternless Albino's from Kelli about six years ago(WOW 6 years) Male and Female. They both Expressed this eye trait, this was before the Ecplise's were out and proven. All of the offspring had the trait in different degree's, that was produced from them. So I don't know if it's a genetis Opps or not.
