i don't understand why you haven't separated them if they are both thought to be males. if it is possible that the bottom gecko is male, it probably is causing him a lot of stress. I recommend posting some pictures up so we can help you identify whether they are male or female.

they need to be seperated, If they are 2 males they will fight if the are male and female they will continue to breed.
